A individual charged with stalking Kate McCann reportedly recorded her a recorded message which questioned: "suppose I am Madeleine?"

The defendant, 24, who witnesses stated has persistently claimed she was the vanished Madeleine McCann, and her co-defendant are facing charges indicted with pursuing Kate and Gerry McCann between June 2022 and February this year.

On Monday, the tribunal learned call records and evidence retrieved from phones logged Ms Wandelt persistently demanding Madeleine's mother for a genetic test during the past two years.

Madeleine's disappearance in 2007 - at the age of three during a trip in Portugal - is among the most widely reported investigations and remains unresolved.

'I Don't Want Money'

A separate phone message, shared in court, recorded Ms Wandelt stating: "I realize I'm fat and unattractive like Madeleine was, but I know what I know."

While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's monologues with Mrs McCann's voicemail said: "Imagine there is a tiny probability that I'm her? Then what? Is that not important for you?"

"I am not seeking money, I maintain a life here in Poland, I only wish to know," she added.

The tribunal was informed that via electronic messages, SMS messages and phone calls, Ms Wandelt demanded a biological test, transmitted childhood photos to her phone in a effort to show a resemblance to Mrs McCann's disappeared daughter, and claimed to have "recollections" from a childhood with the McCanns.

The investigator, a data specialist with the police force who compiled the information, told the court there "showed no any replies" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt also contacted acquaintances of the McCanns, according to the communication logs.

On 9 October 2024, Gerry McCann answered a communication from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "the wrong phone."

That day Ms Wandelt left a voicemail on Mrs McCann's recording stating "I will continue and I will prove my point."

The court heard the co-defendant developed a association online with Ms Wandelt prior to assisting her on a visit to the McCanns' residence in that area in that winter.

Communication data showed Mrs Spragg had communicated through messaging service to Mrs McCann to say the news outlets had portrayed Ms Wandelt as "emotionally disturbed" but that she should be treated respectfully in the months before the trip to Rothley, the county, in December 2024.

The court learned communications between the two accused, in last November, discussing attempting to obtain Mrs McCann's DNA samples from her garbage or from silverware at a dining venue.

"We have to take action," the co-defendant told Ms Wandelt.

On the occasion of the trip to their residence, the defendant transmitted a text which said: "We find ourselves sitting outside the McCanns' home with our vehicle dark similar to investigators.
